We are looking for a permanent, full-time Senior Corporate Counsel to join our team in Regina. We hope you consider applying if you: Demonstrate effective leadership of a team comprising corporate lawyers and administrative staff. Are skilled in vetting, preparing and interpreting corporate contracts and documents between the corporation and its external clients. Are prepared to conduct in-depth legal research, prepare briefs and guide business areas to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements. Are interested in identifying, analyzing and advising on legal risks that affect corporate practices or business strategy. Committed to fostering a culture of leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement. We are looking for candidates who have: A law degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution. Membership with the Law Society of Saskatchewan. Ten years’ experience comprised of six years of leadership experience and four years as a lawyer with a focus on corporate commercial law and insurance related legal practices. A proven track record of strong leadership, negotiation, and critical‑thinking skills. The ability to build strong relationships and guide internal partners through corporate legal processes. Outstanding communication, organization, time management, decision‑making, and relationship‑building skills. What else do we offer?
