Base pay range CA$100,000.00/yr – CA$165,000.00/yr Location & Employment Regular Full‑Time – Vancouver, BC; Whitehorse, YT; Remote About The Role Reporting to the Director – Environmental Assessment, this position leads planning studies, environmental assessments and permit applications for Ensero projects and clients. Key Responsibilities Provide direction and activities related to planning studies, environmental assessments and permit applications for Ensero projects and clients. Lead the design and development of environmental and social impact assessment reports, including EA scoping, drafting, editing, and senior strategic review. Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary technical teams to identify opportunities to improve project environmental design and streamline regulatory processes. Provide corporate technical support for environmental compliance, governance and permitting. Interface and communicate with First Nations, government, stakeholders and communities to advance EA and permitting activities. Support engagement and consultation with First Nations to integrate input into EA and permit applications. Represent Ensero Solutions and clients in regulatory and community meetings, workshops and events, overseeing presentation materials. Keep abreast of legislation and regulation changes, coordinating and disseminating regulatory information within the company. Develop professional and business relationships across the industry to advance Ensero’s growth and strategic initiatives. Support proposals and business development opportunities in mining and other sectors. Conduct senior reviews of technical deliverables and programs within area(s) of expertise. Provide risk analysis support with project management. Mentor and provide technical training to junior and intermediate team members. Perform any other duties as required. About You Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 7–9 years of experience in environmental consulting, A/E/C, or relevant industry. Experience building relationships and engaging with First Nations and all levels of government. Knowledge of Yukon’s, NWT’s, Nunavut’s and BC’s impact assessment and licensing regime for resource development projects (and other jurisdictions). Ability to work effectively with team members and lead multi‑disciplinary projects. Strong organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other business software. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently or as part of a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
