Supervise site construction across every project phase Coordinate consultants, inspectors, engineers, and city officials Drive schedules toward critical path milestones Lead site meetings and communicate with leadership Maintain daily reports, deficiencies, and site records Requirements:
Five or more years of construction management experience Successful excavation-to-occupancy delivery record Experience managing multiple trades and high-volume activity Knowledge of Alberta Building Codes and city inspections Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Use residential construction leadership, trade coordination, and schedule management to guide a high-rise development toward occupancy.
