This part‑time, administration contract role offers up to 24 hours per week until August 2, 2026, providing students, faculty, and staff with a seamless dining experience. Job Details Position Title: Humber Room Supervisor Status: Part‑Time Administration Contract Hours: Up to 24 hours per week Faculty/Department: Longo Faculty of Business Campus/Location: North Campus, 205 Humber College Blvd., Etobicoke, M9W 5L7 Salary: PT Admin Band 3 (Min $34.36 – Max $51.54) Minimum Starting Salary: $34.36 (based on qualifications and experience) Duration of Need: January 12, 2026 – August 2, 2026 About the Longo Faculty of Business at Humber Humber’s Longo Faculty of Business delivers high‑demand programs spanning traditional business disciplines—finance, accounting, administration, human resources, marketing—as well as culinary, aesthetics, cosmetics, fashion, and law. Over 50 programs prepare graduates for current and future careers, with a strong focus on entrepreneurship and industry collaboration. About the Humber Room Supervisor Role The Room Supervisor oversees the front‑of‑house operations of the campus restaurant, supervising student employees, managing the POS system, controlling inventory and reservations, and reporting on equipment and lab maintenance. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service excellence, operational efficiency, and a safe dining environment. Qualifications To be successful you will: Hold a two‑year diploma in Hospitality or an equivalent qualification. Have a minimum of five years of experience, including management experience in a full‑service restaurant. Be up‑to‑date on Smart Serve and food safety certifications. Have experience with POS and reservation systems. Possess excellent communication and customer‑service skills. Be able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with keen attention to detail.
