Personal Insurance Advisor (Entry Level Sales) Join BrokerLink to help customers protect what’s most important to them. No insurance experience is necessary; BrokerLink provides all training and pays for licensing in Toronto. About the Role As a Personal Insurance Advisor, you will provide insurance solutions that match customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and informed decisions. You’ll begin working 12 pm to 8 pm, with transition to day shifts as you grow your career. Responsibilities Help customers find insurance solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide advice for informed decisions. Create a trusting environment that fosters sales and customer retention. Test new sales strategies, techniques, and processes while providing feedback. Actively engage in training and professional development. Provide customers with insurance solutions via phone and email. Qualifications Post‑secondary education (required). Sales and customer service experience. Strong customer focus. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
