Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, etc.) Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third‑party ecosystem (Power Automate, Heroku/Mulesoft APIs, etc.) Manage source code using version control (e.g., Git) Handle database schema design, performance tuning, and large data volume strategies Optimize and refactor existing customisations for performance and scalability Collaborate with stakeholders on CRM strategy, data architecture, and automation initiatives Support integrations with third‑party vendors and our loan origination system Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry regulations You will work very closely with the Salesforce Admin, so being a strong team player is essential.
