However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.**Salary range** (but not limited to):87,200 - 106,600**About the role**We’re looking for a Workforce Management Specialist to join our growing team**What you’ll do here:*** On a monthly basis, monitor and analyze the quality of the telephone service provided and the transactions carried out, and propose any necessary actions that are in line with the FTE budget.* Monitor and analyze the evolution of various indicators that impact capacity.* Proactively prepare documents for the monthly meeting.* Facilitate the monthly Workforce Planning Executive Committee meeting with partners.* Prepare documents, forecasts and recommendations for the following year’s budget during the budget period.* Review long-term forecasts and align them with recent trends.* Ensure that our data is in line with the reality of operations.* Provide guidance, coaching and feedback to senior analysts to develop their workforce planning skills.* Support senior analysts in using various reports and data to ensure effective operational management.* Demonstrate leadership and be a positive change agent in mentoring senior analysts.**What you bring to the table:*** At least three years of workforce management experience.* Ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups and convert strategy into action.* Strategic thinker, not afraid to challenge the status quo.* Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.* Strong ability to collaborate.* Comfortable giving presentations to large groups.* Ability to take initiative and work independently, with minimal supervision.* For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism (English/French) is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.* No Canadian work experience is required, but you must be eligible to work in Canada.#LI-hybridCe poste jouera un rôle essentiel au sein de notre équipe. | This position will fill an essential role in our team.***We are an equal opportunity employer****At Intact, our Value of respect is founded on seeing diversity as a strength.
