Your Impact

As a Partner Specialist - Growth, you'll be the architect behind nurturing and expanding our partner network within your assigned region.

Your strength lies in communication; your toolkit includes the art of closing opportunities through strategic calls and emails. Equipped with proven techniques, you'll foster collaborative ventures, becoming the bridge between Deliverect and potential partners. Post onboarding, you'll guide integration discussions, seamlessly adapting to emerging technologies.

As a natural connector, you're well-versed in the Deliverect product, and employ negotiation prowess to amplify business goals and augment customer value.

A Typical Day
  • Champion structured processes and ensure partners' smooth onboarding experience, turning their journey into an enjoyable, organized support system.
  • Execute and contribute to growth strategies, building robust partner relationships that translate to revenue.
  • Facilitate opportunities between sales and customers, bridging the gap with expertise.
  • Foster strategic alliances in targeted sectors while refining low-touch partnerships for optimal outcomes.
  • Grasp partner motivations, aligning them with Deliverect's advantages for mutual success.
  • Curate a suite of reseller, Agency, and tech partners, orchestrating their management.
  • Direct inbound requests from potential partners, ensuring seamless allocation.
  • Execute outbound campaigns, enticing prospective partners into collaborative ventures.
Your Expertise
  • 1-2 years experience in working with Partners in the hospitality/food tech industry with a POS or delivery channels is essential
  • Expertise in activating partner/reseller sourced customers
  • Harness your outreach potential through strategic calling and email cadences, sealing opportunities.
  • Flaunt your communication and presentation finesse, showcasing fluency in English.
  • Embrace your inner tech explorer, unafraid to navigate API documentation.
  • Thrive in managing high inquiry volumes from partners, adept at juggling diverse customer needs.
  • Fueled by motivation and ambition, you persist until you uncover solutions.
  • Showcase your organizational prowess, a key asset in this dynamic role.
  • Exhibit independence, prioritization skills, and creative problem-solving ability.

Additional Information
  • This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our downtown Toronto Office and 2 days of remote work. Fluency in English is required, with French being a great plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills being essential.
