Maintain clean and well-maintained equipment. Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service. Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards. Accept mobile payments from residential clients. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. Qualifications Valid driver’s license (required) Excellent customer service and communication skills. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders safely.
