All inquiries about employment at this franchisee should be made directly to the franchise location, and not to Snapology Corporate.Position OverviewThe primary focus of a Birthday Party Facilitator is to lead fun and engaging Snapology birthday parties. Birthday Party Facilitators promote creativity and teamwork while passively educating students through birthday party activities. These activities are similar to the programs conducted in the classroom. Parties are conducted for children ages 2-14, although not all facilitators are required to conduct parties for all age groups. This role requires internal collaboration and communication with Snapology leadership as well as representing the Snapology organization to parents and children with a high degree of professionalism.ResponsibilitiesLead groups of up to 20 students through curriculum-guided birthday party activitiesInstruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipmentManage student behavior by establishing and enforcing rules and proceduresMaintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of SnapologyEncourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use the information to adjust activitiesAdequately prepare for each party by reviewing teaching guidesHandle inquiries from parents regarding Snapology programsEncourage students and parents to enroll in future Snapology programsParticipate in periodic Snapology training and staff meetings, as requiredQualificationsCriminal and vulnerable sector checks must be currentSome experience working with childrenAbility to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with othersAbility to communicate effectively orally and in writingProven ability to report to work on a regular and punctual basisCompetitive hourly rate depending on experience and availabilityThis position is part-time and occurs on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Depending on candidate availability and the time of year, Birthday Party Facilitator typically works between 4-10 hours per week.Compensation: $12-$18/hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
