As our workload continues to grow, we’re looking for a Mid to Senior Architect who can take ownership of projects and help guide teams from early design through delivery. The Role As a Mid to Senior Architect, you’ll be responsible for leading projects, coordinating consultants, and overseeing architectural design and documentation. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and external consultants to ensure projects are delivered thoughtfully, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys both design leadership and technical problem-solving, and who’s comfortable balancing big-picture thinking with hands‑on involvement. What You’ll Do Lead architectural projects from concept through construction. Develop design concepts and guide projects through schematic design, design development, and construction documents. Coordinate consultants and manage project timelines and deliverables. Review and oversee drawing production to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and consultant coordination. Support junior staff through mentorship, feedback, and design guidance. Assist with permit submissions and responses to authority comments. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You: Have 6–10+ years of professional experience in architectural practice. Are a Registered Architect in Alberta or actively working toward registration. Have experience leading projects and coordinating consultant teams. Are comfortable balancing design intent with technical and regulatory requirements. Communicate clearly, professionally, and collaboratively. Bonus Points For: Experience with commercial, multi-family, or mixed-use projects. Familiarity with Edmonton zoning bylaws and permitting processes. Strong Revit skills and comfort reviewing complex drawing sets. Interest in helping shape office processes or mentoring staff. What We Offer Flexible work environment.
