OverviewLearning Experience Designer role at Hammond Power Solutions. Hammond Power Solutions Inc. is a global manufacturer headquartered in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. The successful incumbent will support the Global Learning & Development team in designing and delivering eLearning courses for HPS globally, using instructional design software and graphic design tools such as Canva.Key ResponsibilitiesUse Articulate 360 AI (Rise and/or Storyline), Vyond, Adobe and Canva to develop/produce e-learning courses, videos, infographics, job aids, etc., that are creative, interactive, and visually appealing, aligned to group and regional needs.Translate e-learning courses into Spanish and French with the aid of AI tools.Create AI voices for e-learning courses.Test courses.Assist in the development and translation of communications related to training programs/activities for the organization.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsUniversity/college degree/diploma preferably in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Business, Human Resources, Graphic Design or similarExcellent visual design and eLearning creation skills1-2 years related experienceStrong Writing Communication SkillsResults OrientedGood Graphic Design and video editing skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & ExcelBasic knowledge of the ADDIE model, instructional design and adult learning principles100% bilingual (English/Spanish/French) is desirableNote: Hammond Power Solutions encourages applications from all qualified candidates.
