What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do We are looking for an experienced maintenance professional who is highly motivated and detail‑oriented to join our team as a Resort Maintenance Engineer. Your role will include: General maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, and air‑conditioning systems. Repairs of plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems. Maintenance of woodwork, wall vinyl, doors, windows, carpeting, and other finishes. Mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and miscellaneous equipment. Keeping records, logs, and preparing reports as required. What We Are Looking For Experience in maintenance at a hotel or resort. Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing). Engaging and welcoming personality. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience. Excellent communication skills. Availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
