Shape scientific communication remotely at BioRender using medical illustration, animation, and visual systems expertise across a new dedicated team.
As a formally trained Medical Illustrator and Animator, you will influence product, marketing, sales, and education. Your work spans scientific figures, motion graphics, live demos, tutorials, icons, visual quality assurance, and scientific accuracy reviews. You will also contribute to product decisions involving AI-generated scientific visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create motion graphics for launches, marketing, social, and sales
- Develop scientific figures, templates, and visual content standards
- Deliver live demos while explaining design reasoning
- Build tutorials, learning modules, and researcher onboarding materials
- Review scientific accuracy across templates, AI outputs, and libraries
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Medical Illustration or Biomedical Visualization
- Strong anatomy, molecular biology, or relevant science foundation
- Demonstrated static illustration and motion graphics skills
- Ability to assess whether figures communicate the right story
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-experts
