We are growing and looking for a motivated Labourer to join our pool construction team. Labourer – Pool Construction Team Vantage LeisureScapes Location: Langley, British Columbia Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Position Overview As a Labourer on our pool construction team, you will assist with the installation and construction of residential swimming pools and related outdoor features. This is a physically active, outdoor role ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning skilled trades, and being part of a team that takes pride in its work. Key Responsibilities Assist with pool construction, excavation preparation, and site setupLoad, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipmentSupport skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasksMaintain a clean, organized, and safe job siteOperate basic hand and power tools safelyFollow company procedures and WorkSafeBC safety standardsAssist with concrete prep, backfilling, and general labour as requiredRepresent Vantage LeisureScapes professionally on job sites Qualifications & Requirements Previous construction or labour experience is an asset, but not requiredPhysically fit and able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weatherStrong work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamWillingness to learn new skills and take directionValid Class 5 driver’s license preferredReliable transportation to Langley-based job sites What We Offer Competitive hourly wage based on experienceConsistent, full-time workOpportunities for skill development and advancementSupportive team environmentLong-term employment with a growing company How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting their resume to Vantage LeisureScapes.
