If you are looking to use your Point-of-Sale (POS) system and file management knowledge to take the business unit to the next level, then Lake Country Co-op is looking for you This position leads the day-to-day operations of accurate pricing and records keeping, promotional execution, and system integrity across all Retail Energy business unit locations. This role supports pricing strategies, coordinates promotions, manages POS data, and standardizes office and system processes to drive operational efficiency and compliance.Who We AreLake Country Co-op does business differently. Our goal is to work together and build stronger, more vibrant communities where everyone can thrive.What You Will DoDemonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members’ lives, with a strong customer-focused approach.Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.Lead, direct, and continuously improve daily operation of the pricing function to enhance accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness.Develop, document and standardize procedures for all administrative and system-related tasks, including end of day, end of period, and cash verification procedures and for pricing, record keeping and administrative functions.Assist in creating and maintaining processes to support a centralized, consistent pricing strategy.Lead period-end and year-end processes.Manage and maintain pricing file standards for all Retail Energy locations, ensuring accuracy of pricing, Price Look-up (PLU) Codes, item numbers, and signage.Collaborate with internal leaders and departments to ensure pricing strategies align with business unit goals and financial objectives.Review and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as gross margin, errors, discrepancies, and communicate findings with leadership.Coordinate and implement markdowns, discounts, and promotional pricing in alignment with marketing initiatives and timelines.Manage, track, and audit key programs and promotions such as Spring into Summer, Free Iced Coffee Weekend.Ensure timely execution and removal of promotional pricing and signage.Maintain a thorough understanding of the product and services offered at each Retail Energy location to ensure proper support and representation in systems.Adhere to the Safety Management and Asset Protection systems, policies, procedures, records, and training requirements.Perform all other duties as assigned.Embed the values of Honesty, Innovation, Responsibility and Respect.Who You Will Work WithReporting to the Director of Retail Energy, you will collaborate with a team of Retail Energy Team Leaders to cultivate a culture of collaboration and customer focus, and you will partner with store team members to execute instore pricing & file management activities.Who You AreYou are looking for a career in the Retail Energy and Customer Service and:You bring at least 3 years of supervisory experience in pricing coordination; a business diploma is considered an asset.You have experience leading pricing functions and teams, with a proven ability to maintain a customer-centric approach to your work.You possess extensive knowledge of POS systems and back-office operations and can manage and troubleshoot related issues.You are well-organized, able to work independently or as part of a team and are comfortable navigating high-pressure environments with minimal supervision.You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe and can adapt quickly to new systems and technologies; experience with StorePoint is an asset.You demonstrate strong file and digital record management skills, ensuring documentation and data is stored and maintained efficiently and effectively.You can balance multiple priorities and meet tight, often competing deadlines, while maintaining precision and attention to detail.You have excellent oral and written communication skills and communicate clearly across multiple channels.You are results-driven, committed to accuracy, and hold high standards for the quality of your work.You are available to work a flexible schedule; some evenings and weekends may be required.You carry a valid driver’s license (class 5 minimum) for regular day travel.Our Lake Country Co-op team members receive competitive salaries, a comprehensive benefits package, and an employer-contributed pension plan.
