What You’ll Be Doing Design and implement advanced optical test and verification strategies to transition breakthrough products from the design phase to full‑scale production. Conduct in‑depth characterization of key optical parameters using advanced techniques to ensure our products are optimized for real‑world performance. Utilize sophisticated data analysis methods to extract insights, solve challenges, and improve optical designs. Collaborate on integrating AI tools into test and characterization workflows to unlock new levels of efficiency and accuracy. Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to align product requirements. Create scalable, well‑documented test solutions and validate products using Agile methodologies. Gain hands‑on experience and mentorship from seasoned experts in optical testing, characterization, and advanced data analysis. Core Requirements A graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience with PIC design and testing. Strong problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in software development. Beneficial Qualifications Experience in the design and/or testing of optical components and subsystems for optical communications. Hands‑on experience with electrical and optical test and measurement equipment. Expertise in test automation, including interaction with devices under test and test equipment. Experience with Python, Flutter, Dart, VB.NET, or C#. Experience leveraging packages and frameworks in a software development context.
