We're transitioning from founder-led product management to our first product management hire so we can execute our roadmap faster. You will work daily with the founders of the company and our engineering team and be given the resources required for you to move fast and effectively.As a founding product manager, you will manage the design/rollout of new features, product experiments, customer surveys and interviews, and be deeply engrained in the overall growth and acceleration of the product by executing on our roadmap with precision and speed.This is the perfect role for someone that is hungry to make real impact at a growth-stage company. This is a hands-on position where you'll be responsible for the full product lifecycle and be able to impact thousands of users.Key Responsibilities:Own the organization and execution of our product roadmapDefine features and create detailed specifications in the form of PRDs for the engineering teamManage release planning and coordinationCustomer Research & AnalysisConduct customer interviews to deeply understand user needs and pain pointsCollect and synthesize customer feedback from multiple channelsAnalyze product usage data to identify areas for improvementMake data-informed decisions in a resource-constrained environmentExperimentation & MeasurementCreate, monitor, and review experiments for product implementationsBreak down large implementations into simple tests to validate ideas quicklyMeasure outcomes to determine success or failure of product changesDevelop and track key product metrics for performance and user adoptionRequirementsExperience translating product changes and customer feedback into technical specifications for engineering teamsExperience as PM in B2B SaaS or MarketplaceExperience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, or similar product analytics toolsAbility to analyze data and draw conclusions about product features and customer behaviourHighly organized and able to juggle multiple roadmap tasksAbility to prioritize roadmap goals and manage engineering resources to meet deadlinesSpeaks and writes English with fluencyAble to work in the PST timezoneThrives in a remote, asynchronous environment1-3 years of experience in a similar product management roleNot mandatory, but highly valued:Technical background or software development experienceUI/UX design experiencePersonal projects that demonstrate your abilities pertaining to this rolePrevious experience with 2-sided marketplacesBenefitsFully remote role with a strong emphasis on asynchronous work$80k-$100k/year (CAD $110,000 - $140,000)2 weeks paid vacationAnnual cash performance bonus based on the growth and performance of the companySignificant growth potential in both role and compensation as we continue to scale #J-18808-Ljbffr
