Vice President – Consulting Richter Consulting, Inc. (“RCI”) is a full‑service advisory firm headquartered in Montreal and Toronto. RCI partners with US‑based leverage lenders and private equity firms to support portfolio companies with business assessment, cash flow forecasting, financial reorganization, transaction advisory, and asset‑based lending diligence. Overview As a Vice President you will lead a multidisciplinary team of ~30 professionals on 6‑week engagements across industries such as consumer products, pharmaceuticals, distribution, services, and manufacturing. Projects address over‑leverage, liquidity challenges, under‑performance, macroeconomic events, and other transitional operating issues for privately‑owned businesses with $100MM–$500MM in revenue. Responsibilities Drive end‑to‑end consulting engagements, including scoping, data analysis, modeling, and recommendation development. Collaborate with client executives and management to identify strategic opportunities and operational improvements. Prepare and deliver high‑quality written reports, internal decks, and client presentations. Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering skill development in finance, analysis, and consulting. Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts. Qualifications Minimum 6 years of relevant consulting or corporate finance experience. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and optional experience in Alteryx, Power Query, or Pivot Tables. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to work autonomously, collaborate across teams, and adapt to a changing environment.
