The Opportunity The Licensed Practical Nurse acts as the key communication contact between management, residents and their families as well as contributing to patient care and safety. They play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of residents, monitoring their conditions, and providing compassionate and skilled care. What Is In It For You Work to your full scope of practice Become a part of a resident / family-centered environment Join an interdisciplinary team involved in best practice programs Make a difference every day by enriching the quality of life for the aging population What You Will Need At least 1 years’ experience in working with seniors. Demonstrated excellence in dementia care and interpersonal skills. Completion of an accredited License Practical Nurse education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the provincial College of Licensed Practical Nurses. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support – Health Care Provider.
