Enterprise Stress Testing Program Co-ordinator Salary: $108,800 - $163,200 CAD Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Hours: 37.5 hours per week Sector: Treasury and Balance Sheet Management (TBSM) – Capital and stress testing Job Overview The Treasury and Balance Sheet Management (TBSM) department of TD Bank is responsible for overseeing the bank’s consolidated non‑trading market and liquidity risk, funding strategies, transfer pricing, capital and stress testing. Enterprise Stress Testing (EST) manages the bank’s capital‑related stress testing programs and supports internal and regulatory capital adequacy assessment processes. Responsibilities Program management of cycle playbook status reporting. Effective development and execution of end‑to‑end enterprise‑wide playbooks, including communication and coordination across interdependent teams, working groups, and councils. Co‑ordination of status updates and issue remediation. Support reporting to executives and committees. Lead coordination of regulatory review requests and meetings. Program management of EST stress testing initiatives. Develop and track initiative plans including financials. Report to the Enterprise‑side Stress Testing Program Council for all initiatives. Lead quarterly updates for the Enterprise Change Program. Manage stress testing program controls and documentation of key controls across the program. Coordinate program reviews by Second Line and Internal Audit. Job Requirements Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, and proven ability to secure organizational buy‑in through formal and informal channels. Strong organizational, follow‑up, and priority‑setting skills, and the ability to interact with multiple levels within the Bank. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to summarize complex issues into concise, effective communications. Strong project management capabilities to prioritize and manage simultaneous demands under tight deadlines. Deep understanding of regulatory requirements for stress testing. High attention to detail and ability to conduct deep‑dives into processes and practices to ensure timely delivery and accuracy. Good business judgment for assessing opportunities, identifying problem areas, and recommending timely solutions. Additional Information University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. CPA, MBA, CFA, or other professional designations preferred. PMP designation is an asset. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Minimum 10 years of bank, trading or treasury‑related experience with progressive operational and/or team‑management responsibility. Knowledge of stress testing, capital markets, asset/liability management principles, and banking products. Understanding of the bank’s financial and management reporting infrastructure and strong accounting background an asset.
