Job Purpose We are currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Home Financing Advisor (HFA) to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in banking, influencing, trust development, and client experience to build strong relationships, provide expert mortgage advice, and drive mortgage sales. Key Responsibilities Build lasting relationships with clients, referral partners, and community stakeholders to generate mortgage opportunities and referrals. Utilize your banking expertise and communication skills to provide tailored mortgage advice that aligns with clients' financial goals and objectives. Focus on building trust by delivering transparent and honest advice, building rapport, and maintaining open communication throughout the mortgage process. Prioritize client experience by understanding client needs, delivering personalized service, and ensuring a seamless mortgage application process. Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters, to facilitate timely mortgage approvals and closings while adhering to regulatory requirements. Remain mobile to be accessible and accommodate clients’ preferences. Stay informed about market trends, mortgage products, and industry regulations to provide informed advice and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of proven success in the mortgage industry, or a related field. Strong commitment to trust development, client experience, and delivering exceptional service. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
