Team Collaboration: Use a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to care and services. Holistic Care: Support a restorative approach to health, offering interventions, health coaching, and self-management support. Digital Health: Utilize our digital platforms for care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention. What you will need to be successful Professional Standing: You are a registered member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. Mobility: Ability to travel within the community - valid driver’s license and insurance required Client Focused: You embrace person- and family-centered care with passion and empathy. Critical Thinking: You exercise good judgment and critical thinking in client care decisions. Collaborative & Independent: Known for your excellent communication skills, you thrive in both team settings and working independently.
