You’ll provide conviction, clarity, and context to support Sales and Portfolio Consulting teams, helping clients understand why now and why PICTON. This role blends market insight, portfolio expertise, and client storytelling to drive high-impact engagement. Key Responsibilities Act as a client-facing proxy for Portfolio Managers, delivering market insights, portfolio positioning, and tailored strategy narratives Represent PICTON at meetings and industry events, building trust with clients and consultants Collaborate with Sales and Portfolio Consulting to form high-value deal teams and support qualified opportunities Provide input on messaging, tools, and collateral to enhance sales effectiveness Maintain deep understanding of investment strategies, portfolio construction, and market themes Translate complex investment insights into clear, client-ready narratives Support RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence requests Partner with Marketing & Product teams on commentaries, pitch materials, CE programs, events, and brand initiatives What You Bring 8–10 years in investment management (client-facing strategist or portfolio specialist) CFA and/or CAIA designation (or on track) Deep knowledge of portfolio construction, hedge fund strategies, and public markets Eligible for Advising Representative registration Exceptional communication & presence, bilingual French is an asset Willingness to travel up to 50% across Canada Collaborative, proactive, organized, and client-focused Join a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture where you’ll make an immediate impact and help shape how Canadians invest.
