We are looking for professional, passionate sales individuals who are focused on delivering a superior shopping experience to our customers.QualificationsDemonstrated guest/customer service excellence focusExperience working with computer‑based point of sale systems and handling cash an asset2 years of customer service experience requiredSmart Serve CertificationWorking knowledge of Windows application including Word, Excel and OutlookFlexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidaysAbility to consistently lift 40lbs on a regular basisResponsibilitiesEnsuring total customer satisfaction and outstanding customer service is provided to every customerAssist customers with their purchases and provide them with product information when requiredAssist with product shipments and merchandising, including light cleaning of shelves and display unitsHandle cash and accurately balance the tillComply with Health and Safety rules & Security within the workplaceTeam player who contributes equally to the team's effortsBenefits & CompensationCompetitive hourly rate with annual increases, starting at $17.60/hourMonthly wine allotmentBest‑in‑class wine education and developmentEmployee discount on productsEmployee Assistance Program & Employee Wellness ProgramWe are conducting an internal and external search simultaneously.
