OverviewReference #: 8052Location: Ottawa – RemoteType: Sub-contractDonna Cona Inc. is seeking multiple Senior Application / Software Architects for one of our key clients. The consultants are required to support PeopleSoft ERP Systems.QualificationsCanadian Federal Government Reliability Security Clearance;Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience (within the last seven years) developing technical architectures, frameworks and strategies, for a PeopleSoft ERP solution (HCM or Payroll as applicable) to meet the business and application requirements;Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience (within the last twelve years), working as an Application / Software Architect performing a minimum of four (4) of the six (6) tasks listed belowDeveloping technical architectures, frameworks and strategies, for an application area, to meet the business and application requirements;Analyzing functional requirements to identify information, procedures and decision flows;Analyzing and evaluating alternative software solutions to meet business problems;Ensuring the integration of all aspects of software solutions;Creating an application component roadmap – roadmap to align business vision and functional coverage to IT vision; andCreating an application architecture frameworkMust have a minimum of one (1) year of experience performing the specific components or modules of the PeopleSoft HCM suite, in at least three (3) of the following:Self ServiceManager Self ServiceAdminister Pay InterfaceManage Pay InterfaceManage PrioritiesRecruiting Workforce AdministrationLabour AdministrationAbsence ManagementWorkforce Development – Profile Management, Performance ManagementOrganization Development – Position Management, Enterprise LearningWorkforce Monitoring – Health and SafetyNote: Donna Cona is committed to a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
