VP - Investment Risk Management Group - TD Asset Management Work Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Hours: 37.5 hours per week Line of Business: TD Wealth Pay Details: $120,000 - $150,000 CAD This role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award that considers business and individual performance. Department Overview TDAM Investment Risk Management Group provides analysis to support our senior executives in their decision making that is based on portfolio risk. As VP, you will be a key member of our investment risk team and will help carry out the required analysis for our equity and asset allocation strategies. Main Job Functions Conduct analysis to identify key drivers of fund performance and risk. Debrief investment teams and senior executives on findings. Collaborate with various internal teams to provide a risk-based view. Work autonomously and coach stakeholders within your area of expertise. Job Requirements 6+ years of experience in Risk Management within Asset Management, Capital Markets and/or Pension industry. Passion for capital markets and analytics. Programming skills are a requirement. Risk modelling experience would be an asset. Some understanding of derivative instruments (structure of vanilla instruments). Role requires 4 days in the office.
