Establish diagnoses and develop treatment plans. Prescribe necessary tests (laboratory, imaging). Interpret results and adjust treatments. Monitor chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, COPD, ongoing mental health, etc.).Prescriptions and InterventionsPrescribe medications, treatments, and care according to the standards of the OIIQ and the MSSS.Perform certain procedures: sutures, foreign body removal, minor drainage, etc.Administer vaccinations and perform preventive interventions.Interdisciplinary Coordination and CollaborationCollaborate closely with the Family physicians, other nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, pharmacists, and other professionals.Participate in clinical meetings, case reviews, and continuous improvement activities.Patient Education and SupportCounsel patients and their families about treatments and lifestyle habits.Provide preventative care: smoking cessation, obesity prevention, screening, sexual health, etc.Documentation and ComplianceCompletely document interventions in the patient\'s file.Adhere to clinical protocols, professional standards, and legal requirements.Required SkillsTechnical SkillsStrong ability in clinical assessment and diagnostic reasoning.Excellent command of primary care protocols.Ability to prescribe appropriately and safely.Interpersonal SkillsClear, empathetic, and professional communication.Person-centered approach.Excellent interdisciplinary collaboration skills.Organizational SkillsAutonomy and sound clinical judgment.Effective time and priority management.Comfortable in a constantly evolving environment.QualificationsBachelor of Science in Nursing.Master of Science in Nursing – Primary care nurse (PCN) training.Successful completion of the OIIQ/CMQ certification exam.Member in good standing of the OIIQ.Working ConditionsSelf-employed contract with tax benefits and competitive compensation.Stable and predictable daytime hours, Monday to Friday.Opportunity to practice in various clinics within the network.Dynamic, innovative, welcoming, and people-centered environment.Free parking and easy access by public transportation.Modern, bright, ergonomic, and eco-friendly clinics.Unlimited coffee and motivating team events.Join us Help reinvent the patient experience in Quebec within a rapidly growing organization.Apply now and make a real difference. #J-18808-Ljbffr
