Virtual training facilitation and adult learning shape this remote-focused Learning and Development Training Specialist role at Aspire Lifestyles. Coach learners through certification and post-training support.
The Specialist delivers new hire, specialty, ongoing, and client-specific training in a virtual environment. This facilitation-focused role brings Aspire’s curriculum to life while aligning delivery with client expectations and service standards. The Specialist also supports learners transitioning to live calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate virtual training for new hires and specialty programs
- Coordinate schedules, virtual sessions, access, attendance, and LMS administration
- Administer knowledge checks, evaluations, and certification activities
- Provide post-training coaching and on-the-job support
- Share learning effectiveness feedback with program stakeholders
Requirements:
- Adult learning, classroom management, and learner engagement skills
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching abilities
- Three or more years leading, coaching, and supporting teams
- Virtual training coordination and facilitation experience preferred
- Flexible, adaptable schedule and polished English communication required
