Commercial SVC Tire Technician

Overview Join Our Team as a MOBILE Commercial Fleet Tire Technician NOTE: This is a hybrid schedule with added incentives - majority of work performed at customer locations. Must be able to work some evenings and weekends following the completion of 1 month onsite training. Competitive Pay and Excellent Team Environment Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking skilled tire technicians to repair and maintain tire and wheel related needs for heavy duty trucks and trailers (multiple locations hiring). The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, at least 1 year of tire experience (mount/dismount various sizes and types of tires - must have some commercial tire), a clean driving record, and the ability to pass background check and drug screen. Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Holidays 401(k) w/company match Medical/Dental/Vision & Employer-Paid Life/Employer-Paid Short Term Disability Opportunity to develop professionally, grow your skillset, and advance within the company Training program: Dedicate to ensuring all employees receive the training they deserve Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old and have a clean driving record Valid Driver's License and must be insurable to drive by company standards 1+ years tire experience (must have commercial and heavy duty tire) High School Diploma or GED Responsibilities Mount, dismount, and repair various commercial tires Perform tire service on diesel and gasoline-powered trucks and equipment Monitor and maintain equipment, inventory levels, and workspace cleanliness Coordinate with Service Manager on job status and completion of paperwork Skills and Abilities Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate service equipment Excellent customer service, communication skills, and high level of attention to detail Follow safety protocols and company policies Ability to work a rotating, on call schedule to include nights and weekend shifts Pass background check and drug screen Why Join Us?
