Job Description

While reporting to the controller, the Finance Manager will lead an operational level team. Responsibilities:

  • Leading and mentoring the Finance team through day-to-day operations
  • Resolve issues involving customer accounts and cashflow
  • Lead the monthly variance analysis and preparation of quarterly and annual budget and forecast process
  • Provide analysis and strategic advice to management as required
  • Utilize accounting knowledge to develop and implement policies, models, and standards
Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing at the operational level (AR/AP)
  • Must have CPA
  • Must have strong general accounting knowledge and exposure to budgeting + forecasting
  • ERP implementation experience is an asset
