Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist based in Waterloo, ON. The Occupational Therapist will assess, treat, and develop individualized plans for children and adults with various physical, sensory, and cognitive challenges. Key responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions across different settings, evaluating client progress, and collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure optimal care and outcomes. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to promote their independence and improve their overall quality of life. Qualifications Registered Occupational Therapist with COTO Knowledge and understanding of Pediatrics and related therapeutic interventions Effective Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Experience or knowledge in working with individuals with diverse medical conditions, such as ABI, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, or developmental disorders Access to a car is preferred Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
