This is an Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters (Luxottica) who seeks an Associate Optometrist to work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, you practice in a private Independent setting where the Subleasing doctor and you negotiate terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours directly.Responsibilities / What you will doProvide high quality optometric care and service to patients as part of an Independent LensCrafters practice.Maintain professional autonomy to care for patients within the scope of practice and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor.Operate within a full scope of practice predicated on professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company-imposed restrictions or quotas).Coordinate flexible scheduling, including part-time commitments or adding to an existing practice schedule.Work in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment; many offices use Clarifye for digital eye examinations.Utilize available tech and pre-testing support, including Optomap retinal imaging where offered, and an automated online appointment book and patient recall system.Affiliation & Practice ModelAffiliation advantages include:Autonomy to provide patient care within your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor.Private Independent practice with Luxottica operating the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctors office.Terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.Pay & BenefitsPay Range: [[wageComparison]] - [[cust_75thpercentile]]Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
