Accountant - Payroll & WSIB Specialist

We were founded in 2012, and our specialties include: Bookkeeping, Business Taxes (HST and Corporate Income Taxes), Personal taxes, Financial Statements, US Business Taxes & Foreign Income, WSIB, and Payroll. Role Summary We are looking for a full-time, on-site Accountantwho is passionate about numbers, organization, and client service. This role is ideal for someone with a background in accounting or bookkeeping who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and wants to grow professionally. Key Responsibilities: Support clients with their day-to-day accounting needs. Prepare and maintain financial records with accuracy and attention to detail. Assist in preparing reports and summaries to help clients understand their finances. Maintain payroll schedules across multiple clients, ensuring deadlines are met. Remit to the WSIB and CRA. Work with accounting software (training provided). Support other accounting and administrative tasks as needed. Preferred Qualifications Background or education in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field. Comfort working with numbers and attention to detail. Good organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (fluency in both is required). Willingness to learn new systems and grow within the company. Why Join Us?
