In this role, you will partner with hiring managers across departments, developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. You will work independently with a high degree of autonomy, balancing competing priorities, demanding timelines, and high expectations while maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. Success in this role will be measured by quality of hires, time-to-fill, and stakeholder engagement. You will also play a key role in managing expectations, advising on best practices, and continuously improving the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment, meeting weekly and monthly KPI targets. Manage a high volume of concurrent requisitions at various stages across multiple departments, ensuring organized, efficient, and timely progression of each search. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality professionals. Proactively engage passive talent through direct sourcing, utilizing ATS/HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various job boards. Manage recruitment across all levels, from entry-level to senior leadership. Drive the offer negotiation process, ensuring alignment with salary bands, company policies, and competitive compensation packages. Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, executives, and department leaders, providing market insights and guidance. Facilitate regular recruitment strategy meetings with key stakeholders to optimize hiring processes and engagement. Conduct comprehensive intake sessions with hiring teams to accurately scope new or modified roles, ensuring seamless documentation and process execution. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2-5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced, professional environment. Demonstrated experience successfully managing 15+ requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to source and engage passive talent in both the US and Canada. Hands‑on experience with leading HRIS/ATS platforms (experience with Ultimate Software/UKG is a plus). Strong negotiation skills, with expertise in structuring complex compensation and benefits packages while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines. Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior‑level decision‑makers. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to track and improve recruitment metrics.
