We are looking for a talented individual to join our Technology Risk Management practice as a Senior Consultant, specifically within our Cybersecurity group (Governance, Strategy, and Transformation).We are currently looking to strengthen our capabilities in the field of cyber governance, which is why we are seeking a candidate who will join us on this journey and help grow our practice through their expertise in the subject.What You Will DoIn collaboration with the team, you will be involved in the following assignments:Conduct Cyber Maturity Assessments (CMA)Develop cybersecurity strategies aligned with the business needs of organizationsDraft and support the implementation of cybersecurity roadmapsEstablish cybersecurity control frameworksWrite policies, standards, and guidelinesDeploy GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutionsIntegrate security into project lifecyclesAnalyze cybersecurity costs to identify optimization opportunitiesAssess the organizational capabilities of cybersecurity teamsImplement strategic cybersecurity dashboards for executive stakeholdersContribute to business development efforts by responding to RFPsWhat You Bring To The RoleYou hold a degree from an engineering school or a postgraduate program in Information Systems, or any other relevant qualification.You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience working on projects or activities in a cybersecurity governance consulting role.Ideally, you hold certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP, ISO 27001, ISO 27005.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment.Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.Hands-on experience in change and quality management.The selected candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex strategic topics to a diverse range of stakeholders.
