You’ll join at the level that matches your experience:Intermediate Engineer (typically 3–8 years): CAD$110,000 – CAD$145,000Senior Engineer (typically 8–12 years): CAD$150,000 – CAD$180,000Principal Engineer (typically 12+ years): CAD$190,000 and aboveOur total compensation range of CAD$110,000–CAD$190,000+ includes base salary and equity opportunities.
