Your duties will require that you spend considerable time onsite at our client locations.**Summary**As an Occupational Health and Safety Consultant, you will support and advise Safety Group clients in your territory on relevant matters; using your skills, knowledge and subject matter expertise in occupational health and safety laws and regulations, CNESST rates, and more.**Responsibilities:*** Visit clients who are members of a Safety Group and promote occupational health and safety* Develop safety action plans and inform members of their obligations* Help achieve the quantitative and qualitative goals of the Health & Safety department* Contribute to market development and the achievement of budget goals by promoting the company’s products and services**Succeeding as an Occupational Health and Safety Consultant will require the following core qualifications and skills:*** **Bilingualism in English and French is required*** Diploma or bachelor’s degree with a focus on Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field (ex. OHS, administration)* 2-5 years of work experience in occupational health and safety* Highly versatile, knowledgeable, and independent, with a demonstrated ability to take action in a range of complex cases or situations within the scope of activities related to health and safety* Excellent communication skills* Well-developed organizational skills* Daily access to a car and a valid driver’s licence mandatory# LI-LD1#LI-remoteWe’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
