Completions SpecialistCompletions Specialist required to assist us on the CCGIP – Christmas Creek Green Iron PlantAssignment DescriptionCompletions Specialist required to assist us on the CCGIP – Christmas Creek Green Iron PlantQualifications RequiredSet up and manage the PIMs completion systems for commissioning from C2 (pre-commissioning) to C4 (start-Up) and administer the system through commissioning including generating reports and tracking completions status.Work closely with the Construction Completions Specialist and assist with issuing certificates.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem AdministrationConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot the PIMs Completion System.Ensure accurate data entry and validation for all completion activities.Manage user access, permissions, and system security.Completions ManagementTrack progress of mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.Generate and distribute reports on completion status to stakeholders.Monitor punch list items and ensure timely resolution.Documentation & Quality AssuranceMaintain accurate records of certificates, test packs, and inspection reports.Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.Support audits and provide data for quality assurance reviews.Coordination & CommunicationLiaise with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure alignment.Provide training and support to project personnel on PIMs system usage.Act as the primary point of contact for completions data queries.Duration6 monthsLocationPerth #J-18808-Ljbffr
