• Lead hardware design for Radio Unit PCBA developments
• Write specifications and conduct comprehensive design verifications
• Mentor junior Hardware Designers through their development
• Collaborate in performance optimization and board bring-up
• Interface with production teams to support technology deployment
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant hardware design experience
• Hands-on knowledge of High-Speed serial links
• Experience in digital, RF, and power hardware design
• In-depth understanding of PCB design techniques
