What You'll Be Doing As a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you’ll be supporting customers from French‑speaking regions through voice calls and live chat. Whether someone needs help tracking an order, understanding a product, or resolving an issue, you’ll be the trusted voice that turns confusion into clarity and frustration into satisfaction.
