As Worldgo continues to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who’s excited to join us on this journey and make an impact.Position summaryAs our Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and supported. Your goal is to build lasting relationships that maximize customer satisfaction, foster growth, and support Worldgo’s mission. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a collaborative team in a people-first environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management: Serve as the trusted advisor for assigned customers, addressing inquiries and offering best practices.Onboarding Expert: Lead seamless onboarding experiences that set clients up for success.Relationship Builder: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring they feel valued and understood.Growth Catalyst: Identify opportunities with high-growth clients, supporting their success while driving mutually beneficial expansion.Solution Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of solutions tailored to meet each customer’s unique needs and objectives.Strategic Communication: Keep stakeholders informed on monthly/quarterly initiatives and account progress.Account Expansion: Identify areas for improvement and develop new business opportunities within existing client relationships.Metrics & Reporting: Track key account metrics, preparing insightful reports and addressing challenges as they arise.Rate Negotiation: Identify opportunities for client savings with air, car rental, and hotel through discount programs, and assist our clients in setting up these discounts.QualificationsExperience: 5+ years as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role.
