CLIENT ADVISOR, PERSONAL INSURANCE Acera is looking for an ambitious, engaging Client Advisor, Personal Insurance who is driven to grow and nurture business relationships. As a Client Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service as well as be able to relay your technical expertise to both existing and new clients in person, through email, and over the phone. To help you succeed in the role, you will be backed by our strong, well-established company brand that has a strong connection to the community. Main Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service to an established portfolio of clients. Develop and write new business. Participate in up-selling and cross-selling initiatives to support business growth. Manage day-to-day client servicing and relationship management.Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Location and Status Location: Victoria, BC Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm Compensation: Acera’s total compensation offerings are based on pay for performance that recognizes exceptional individual and company performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $55,000-$70,000 CAD annually; the pay offering is based on location and will vary depending on related education, insurance experience, proven knowledge, skills, and internal equity Qualifications 3-5 Years previous Personal Insurance experience Level 2 Insurance License would be considered an asset Working towards CAIB or CIP designation considered an asset; High degree of professionalism and integrity; A strong business acumen; Exceptional interpersonal skills; Cross-selling and up-selling abilities; Excellent technical and computer skills; Good judgement and decision-making skills; Works well within a team and independently; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Flexible and adaptable with proven problem-solving skills; Demonstrates initiative, self-management and a desire to learn and grow.
