Un de nos clients dans le secteur financier est à la recherche d'un.e Analyste d'affaires senior. Notre client entreprend une transformation majeure afin de mettre en place une fondation solide qui lui permettra
de réaliser son plan d’affaires ambitieux et axé sur l’augmentation significative des ventes et de la profitabilité.

Responsabilités principales
Accompagner les équipes affaires lors de la configuration de l’outil selon les paramètres établis par les équipes d’élaboration de la solution.
Supporter les équipes affaires dans l’identification de solutions aux besoins soulevés lors de la configuration du système, tels que les exigences des interfaces clients, les écrans d’affichage, rapports ou tableaux de bord
Assurer le lien avec les analystes d’affaires en élaboration de solution pour maintenir un écosystème cohérent et uniforme
Repérer et documenter les problèmes potentiels de données et faire le lien avec l’équipe de la gestion des données pour adresser ces enjeux.
Identifier les écarts de processus et travailler de concert avec les analystes d’affaires qui effectuent la revue et la cartographie de ceux-ci;
Assister et collaborer à la réalisation des essais
En collaboration avec les autres analystes, concepteurs et développeurs, identifier et formaliser les règles d’affaires, de transposition vers des contextes systémiques ou encore, de transformation de données.
Identifier et documenter les processus devant être mis à jour et suggérer des améliorations qui permettent de les simplifier et d’en accroître l’efficacité.
Participer à la définition des plans d’essais fonctionnels, intégrés ou d’acceptation et coordonner l’exécution de ces derniers en appui aux utilisateurs.
Piloter des projets d’amélioration continue et de développement, parfois dans un rôle de propriétaire de produit (PO), en respectant les contraintes administratives et technologiques.
Agir en tant qu’agent de liaison entre les équipes d’affaires et l’équipe de réalisation technique.
Contribuer à l’élaboration et à la mise à jour de la stratégie de développement de solutions TI du secteur.
Comprendre, analyser, documenter et soutenir les partenaires/utilisateurs dans la clarification de leurs besoins.
Réaliser des analyses complètes pleinement documentées, étayées et s’appuyant sur des données probantes.
Formuler des opinions professionnelles et recommandations pragmatiques, le tout en conformité avec les normes, règles et directives établies.
Examiner des données et des rapports pour déceler les tendances sous-jacentes, les écarts importants et identifier les causes profondes de diverses problématiques.
Contribuer activement à résoudre les problèmes opérationnels et à proposer des solutions pour améliorer les processus et façons de faire.
Réaliser ses activités professionnelles et les livrables dont il a la charge en collaboration avec les autres intervenants de son domaine ou de son équipe de travail.
Soutenir les partenaires/utilisateurs durant tout le processus de livraison en s’assurant de la qualité du service rendu.
Participer activement à toutes les activités d’équipe (préparation des cérémonies, Definition of Done, etc.).

Profil recherché
Détenir un DEC ou encore un baccalauréat en informatique, en administration ou toute autre formation pertinente de même niveau, et 6 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire.
Connaître les principes Lean/Agile et avoir la capacité de les appliquer dans un contexte de travail d’équipe.
Démontrer de solides compétences en matière d'analyse, de traitement, de coordination et de collaboration.
Développer une vision holistique des processus du secteur
Avoir la capacité de faire des liens entre différents éléments de l’écosystème
Maitriser l'importance des données et avoir une bonne littératie des données
Posséder de bonnes habiletés de communication, de rédaction et de vulgarisation
Savoir maintenir de saines relations de travail avec les intervenants de divers secteurs et de niveaux hiérarchiques variables.
Apprécier et favoriser le contact avec le partenaire interne/utilisateur.
Faire preuve de curiosité, d’autonomie, de rigueur et d’un bon esprit de synthèse.
Démontrer la volonté d’apprendre en continu.
Posséder une excellente connaissance du français et de l’anglais, facilité d’expression tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
La connaissance de la norme BPMN est requise
La connaissance de l’industrie de l’assurance de l’épargne et des finances sera considérée comme un atout.
