What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Call handling: use best practices to provide excellent service. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, addressing requests from internal teams and external clients using ADP Reporting products. Time Management: ensure adherence to the schedule outlined by Workforce Management and meet call metrics set by the business unit. Build and maintain strong, healthy relationships with clients and internal partners; clearly define and meet expectations. Collaborate with internal support teams to solve client requests. Organize: maintain client requests within our record management system (CEH/SIEBEL). Learn: maintain knowledge and proficiency in Reporting and Analytics products. To Succeed in This Role (Qualifications) Bilingual – French and English. Proven track record for delivering superior customer service. Excellent time‑management skills. Aptitude to learn new software applications. Strong influencing, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. Strong bilingual communication (written and oral) in French and English. For Quebec candidates: French is required; English is also required for interactions with ADP’s headquarters and international sites. Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications) Post‑secondary diploma or equivalent. 1–2 years of customer service experience.
