Vendor agreements include but not limited to Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, Adobe, and Tableau. This individual works closely with global technology leaders, Deloitte Technology platform owners, Vendor Management Office (VMO), and member firm teams using ITAM standards.Specific responsibilities include:Use expertise and knowledge in software licensing models to ensure the proper recording and reconciliation of software assetsWork with internal stakeholders confirming consumption calculations meet expectationsRemediate license positions with stakeholdersPartner with the VMO Team members and Procurement who are responsible for procuring the software assets.Use your analytical skills, including the ability to run ad hoc reports and provide data to various stakeholders.Analyze and interpret data and make recommendations based on the informationAppropriately communicate and educate members of other functions on Software Asset Management policies, procedures, processes, and practices.Anticipate problems and initiates action as requiredGovernance of Software Data within SAM tool and ensuring accuracy with member firmsParticipate and/or Lead Software Asset Management Community of PracticeSupport software auditsContract compliance monitoring activitiesIT proficiency in databases, spreadsheets, and license tracking toolsAbout the teamDeloitte Technology works at the forefront of technology development and processes to support and protect Deloitte around the world.
