Toronto, Canada Aches Away Toronto Massage Therapy Full time

Manual Osteopath Opening at Aches Away Toronto We hope this finds you at a moment when you're considering what comes next in your practice. We're writing to share an opportunity within our integrative wellness clinic and to invite manual osteopaths who value depth, collaboration, and holistic care to consider joining our team. At Aches Away Toronto, we've spent over fourteen years building a practice rooted in something we hold deeply: the belief that true healing happens when practitioners have both the freedom to practice their art and the support to continually refine it. Now, we're seeking a skilled manual osteopath who shares this philosophy to become part of our clinical community. What This Role Offers If you've been searching for a practice where your osteopathic approach is genuinely valued, where interdisciplinary collaboration isn't just a buzzword, and where you can build a thriving practice without sacrificing autonomy, we believe you'll find that here. This position offers you the freedom to practice osteopathy as you've trained to practice it: with time, intention, and the clinical independence to follow where each body leads you. You'll work alongside Registered Massage Therapists, Naturopaths, and other health professionals who understand the value of manual therapy and genuinely appreciate the osteopathic perspective. We provide an established client base, so you can focus your energy on the clinical work rather than scrambling to fill your schedule. Our compensation structure offers a 65-70% revenue split to start, with osteopaths in similar Toronto practices typically earning $90-100+ per hour working 20-30 hours weekly. The Work You'll Do View each body as a complete, interconnected system Take time to truly listen and observe before intervening Trust the body's inherent capacity for self-correction Remain curious about complex cases rather than frustrated by them Value education and empower clients to understand their own healing If you practice with these principles at your core, you'll find kindred spirits here. The Collaborative Environment One of the unique aspects of practicing at Aches Away is the genuine interdisciplinary exchange that happens naturally. When you encounter a client whose presentation puzzles you, you'll have experienced manual therapists and wellness practitioners to consult with. When you identify a pattern that could benefit from complementary care, you'll have trusted colleagues to coordinate with. We hold regular case review sessions where practitioners bring challenging cases and problem-solve together. These aren't performative meetings—they're genuine opportunities to learn from diverse clinical perspectives and elevate everyone's practice. Beyond clinical collaboration, we've created an environment that honors the physical demands of manual work. Between sessions, you'll have access to comfortable staff spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, workout area, and laundry service. We're located directly above College Subway Station, making your commute as simple as possible. Your Professional Growth We recognize that excellent osteopaths are lifelong learners. That's why we support continuing education through: Access to training courses and educational retreats Clinical mentorship opportunities with experienced practitioners Regular case reviews that deepen diagnostic and palpatory skills Encouragement to pursue specialized techniques or populations A culture that celebrates questions and intellectual curiosity Whether you're newly graduated or years into practice, you'll find support for wherever you are in your osteopathic journey. The Practical Framework We offer flexible scheduling seven days a week, with you controlling your own calendar through our online booking system. Most osteopaths find their ideal rhythm working 4-6 clients per shift, allowing adequate time for thorough sessions without burnout. There are no rigid schedules set weeks in advance. You decide when you're available, giving you the autonomy to build a practice that sustains rather than depletes you. Many of our practitioners work 20-28 hours weekly and maintain fulfilling lives outside the clinic—exactly as it should be. Who Thrives Here Clinical curiosity — You ask "why?" and follow the thread wherever it leads Collaborative spirit — You value other practitioners' perspectives and share your insights generously Patient-centered care — You see each person's whole story, not just their presenting complaint Professional integrity — You practice within your scope, refer when appropriate, and always prioritize client wellbeing Warm presence — You create safety and trust in your treatment room If this describes how you practice, we would be honored to support your work. An Invitation to Connect We understand that choosing where to practice is one of the most significant decisions in your professional life. It's about finding a place where your training is respected, your approach is valued, and your daily work feels aligned with why you chose this path. If what you've read here resonates—if you're seeking a practice community that honors the depth and intention osteopathy requires while offering the support and collaboration that sustains a long career—we would be grateful to hear from you. We're excited to welcome an Osteopath who wants to practice with excellence, autonomy, and genuine support. Perhaps that osteopath is you. Apply Now or visit https://achesawaytoronto.ca/careers We look forward to the possibility of working alongside you, learning from your unique perspective, and supporting your growth as you contribute to ours. With warmth and respect for the work you do, The Aches Away Toronto Team #J-18808-Ljbffr
