You will work closely with a dedicated team of Support Workers, providing shift leadership, operational support, and high-quality, person-centred care. Responsibilities Leading and overseeing shifts within Supported Living services Supporting and deputising for the Service Manager and On-Call Team Coordinating staff rotas and completing staff supervision and assessments Promoting independence and enhancing quality of life for people supported Planning activities, trips, and community engagement opportunities Ensuring care plans and support documentation are followed and maintained A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. About You Previous experience in support work or social care, ideally within Learning Disabilities A NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) Experience leading shifts or mentoring staff (highly desirable) Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills A genuine passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care Leadership Development Programme You will have access to a comprehensive 6‑month Leadership Development Programme, designed to equip you with the skills and confidence to progress into management roles. Successful candidates can progress to Assistant Support Manager within 18 months.
