The Nuclear Business Unit at AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Commercial Manager who excels in teamwork and is dedicated to delivering for both internal and external clients. We are looking for individuals with experience in the Engineering, Manufacturing, or Construction sector who enjoy driving commercial solutions and improvement initiatives. If you have a passion for the Nuclear and Power sector and thrive on finding innovative approaches, this role is for you.
This position offers a significant platform for personal development and involvement in a variety of exciting projects, including Nuclear New Build, Major Plant Refurbishment, Operations, and Decommissioning. We are looking for individuals committed to personal growth and building successful partner and client relationships.
Location: Mississauga, Pickering
Your Role Within the Team:- Collaborate with proposal teams in strategy development and the preparation and review of proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Identify and analyze potential commercial risks associated with projects and agreements.
- Interface with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Provide commercial support in contract administration and claims resolution.
- Work closely with the procurement manager to ensure contract terms are met.
- Attend steering committee meetings and prepare minutes of decisions.
