OverviewRecruitment Manager – US & Canada @ Westernacher Consulting | MS, MBAIf you enjoy working with high-caliber people on interesting projects in a thriving partnership organization, Westernacher is the place to beTo complement our team in the United States, we are looking for SAP Project Manager fluent in French.ResponsibilitiesThe core responsibility of this role is to manage consulting engagements, conduct customers workshops for providing solution roadmap & proposal presentationsInvolvement in SAP implementations, rollouts, and support projects in Supply Chain Logistics for different industry domains like Automotive, Retail, FMCG, LSP, etc.Manage all aspects of the Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to the executive team, including project plan preparation (with assistance from practice leads) & monitor the quality aspects of the team’s deliverablesOversee SAP projects to provide metrics for reporting to the executive team on business case ROI and ensure the right change management, and communication to stakeholders. Identify project risks and develop mitigation plansOversee highly complex projects, navigating challenging commercial, political, and strategic landscapesEngage with customer Project Managers, as well as senior IS and Business Management figures (up to VP level) on equal termsFollow-up and successful sign-off of project milestonesHelp manage, grow, and mentor the SAP consulting team for their technical and personality development. Take initiatives for competency building and skill enhancementsIndirect responsibility for driving revenue growth by capturing new customer accounts and growing them over multiple yearsDrive business generation, presales activities & end-to-end solutions to build winning proposalsYour Skills And ExperienceFluency in French (spoken and written) and proficiency in English.8-10 years of professional experience with intense exposure to SAP project delivery and presales to global customersExperience in SCM (EWM, TM, Yard), Logistics or S/4HANA as a Project Manager and/or Consultant is a strong advantageStrong experience in SAP Consulting, and project management with deep functional Knowledge of Supply Chain logistics processesDemonstrated ability to exceed performance expectations in revenue generation and client relationship management.Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) in English, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.Team management experience, guiding individual consultants and collaborating with local/global teams.Successful delivery of multiple SAP projects (ERP, Supply Chain applications) covering the full project lifecycle: Business process understanding, To-Be solution design in SAP, Solution validation with business owners, Design and development of RICEFW objects in ECC, S/4HANA, EWM, or TM applicationsPresales experience: collaborating with SAP teams, solution and proposal preparation, effort estimation, client presentations, fee negotiations, and finalizing SoW.Must be able to travel to the U.S. without any sponsorship requirements.What We OfferCompetitive remuneration package (salary, bonus, benefits)Inspiring and exciting, innovative working environmentInternational company culture and minimal hierarchical structureChance to work on complex projects from different industries and add to your business process knowhowFlexible working hours and hybrid working modelInterested?
